1.     What are the payment methods available?

You can Also pay through Online bank transfer if you have online banking facility in any of the leading banks of India i.e. HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Bank Of Punjab Ltd., IDBI Bank, Federal Bank, Global Trust Bank, UTI Bank, Centurian Bank & CitiBank. 

2.     Is the Payment Made by me and my Credit Card Details Secure? 
Yes, the payment gateway integrated is of
 Payu Money, which is a secure gateway verified by Verisign 

3.     Is my personal details secure? 
We have a well constituted & strict privacy policy. In brief the policy states that: We don't share our customer data with anybody. We don’t have any such so called partner sites with whom we share data. No unsolicited emails are sent from us. We send occasional emails to you to keep you informed about our services but only to those customers who have instructed us to do so. The instructions can be modified by loging into the customer section.
 

4.     Is there any hidden charges or any shipping cost involved? 
No, There is no charge except thats mentioned along with the item. This is what you pay.
 

5.     What are delivery charges on New Tree India.com? 
Delivery charges are Rs. 50/- per 500 grams, all over India.
 

6.     Can I send some message along with My Purchase ? 
Yes, you can send your personal message along your purchase by typing it in the Message box in the checkout form.
 

7.     Where all can the delivery be made? 
The delivery is possible in all major towns and cities of India.
 

8.     Is the delivery possible on holidays? 
Yes, in most of the cities and towns the delivery is possible on holidays but there may be some exceptions.
 

9.     How do I know if my order got delivered fine? 
New Tree India.com guarantees each order to be delivered on the requested delivery date and an email is sent to you confirming the delivery. Also if by any reason the order can not be filled you will be contacted by our customer service as soon as the reported his delivery problem. If you know that the order did not reach its delivery destination you may contact us at
 newtreeindia@gmail.com to claim a non delivery with reference to your Order Number. 

10.  When will the order be delivered, what time? 
We can not guarantee the time of delivery, but the Your purchase will be delivered on the delivery date specified by you. If your Your purchase need to reach the recipient at a specific time please mention it in the additional information box in checkout form or send us an email to
newtreeindia@gmail.com. Our delivery staff will do their utmost to meet your delivery time request, but we reiterate that we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. 

11.  What happens if the recipient is not at home or at the delivery address? 
In this case the delivery is made to the neighbours, only if they agree to take the delivery on receiver's behalf.
 

12.  What all can be sent along with the Your purchase? 
All the items mentioned on the site can be sent along with the Your purchase but if you have anything that is not available on our site you can contact @

15.  How can I cancel or reschedule an order? 
If you need to cancel or reschedule your order due to unforeseen circumstances you can email
 newtreeindia@gmail.com, at least one day before the scheduled delivery date. 

16.  How can I change an order? 
If you need to change the delivery details kindly write us an email to
 newtreeindia@gmail.com, at least one day before the scheduled delivery date. You can also get the items in the orders changed but due to legal constraints value of the order cannot be changed. For this order is to be cancelled and new order is to be placed. 

17.  What do I do if I forgot my member password? 
Click on login, and on the login screen click on the Forgot Password link. You will be prompted for your email id. Your login information will be sent on this email id.
